  • Where is TME Body Essentials LLC located?
    We are an online based E-Commerce business based out of Willingboro, New Jersey and Parkesburg, PA. Our mailing address is P.O. Box 562, Sadsburryville, PA 19369. We often travel to vendor sales locations and participate in in-person sales experiences. Check our event calendar to get the latest updates on our next in-person opportunity to shop.
  • Are your products actually natural and organic?
    YES! When purchasing our products, we strive to purchase items that are grown naturally with not preservatives or added chemicals. When adding essential and fragrence oils to our product we analyze ingredients to make sure they stay within the theraputic and ph balanced range of 7.2 and 7.4. All products containing edible fragrence also fall in these guidlines are are properly labeld when vegan options are available.
  • Where do you get your products from?
    We continue to research vendors that provide the best quality at the best pricing. We currently revcieve our natural and sustainable products from multiple vendors including (but not excluding): Brambleberry, Bulk Apothocary, Amazon as well as local farmers markets in our area.
  • Can I customize my product?
    If their is oportunity to customize a singular product, we will be sure to list the options of choice or leave a message field to give us you desired customization. In the instance of creating a custom product, see our Request form to let us know what you are seeking and we can create a fully customized experience at your request.
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    When TME recieves your order, we ask 2-3 days processing. This will allow us to make sure all produdcts are packed at is freshness when required and the proper care is given to ship. We ship all orders through the USPS (United States Postal Service). All orders are complete with tracking number that is sent via email for you to track at your convinence.
  • I did not like my product! Now What?
    If you recieve a product that did not meet your expectations, contact us via email: or by direct line to 484-401-6962. Please have your: Order Number Date of Purchase (Listed on recipt or invoice) Product(s) of concern We offer (3) choices of: Refund, Exchange or Refund.
  • Exchange & Refund Policy
    Exchanges: When an exchange is requested, the product can only be exchanged for like items. For example: soaps can only be exchanged for soaps/ body scrubs for body scrubs ect. Under special circumstances, we will allow exchanges for equal or lesser value. Refund: When a refund is requested, we ask that the buyer return the product in question and we will refund the shipping upon recieving. If returning soap for a full refund, we expect the bar of soap to still be intact with little use. We understand some products may need a few uses to measure results. If bar is too whithered we will ONLY issue store credit to be used at your discrestion. If returning any packaged products (body scrubs, shea butter, hair oil, lotion, ect.) we ask that container is fully intacted and no more than half the product is used. This will also result in a store credit dipsersement.
